Responsibilities
-Project Oversight: Drive the complete lifecycle of construction projects, from initial scheduling and budgeting to final closeout.
-Financial Control: Perform detailed quantity take-offs, secure competitive subcontractor bids, and manage project tendering, change orders, and RFIs.
-Field Leadership: Coordinate site personnel, vendors, and stakeholders while conducting regular site visits to monitor safety, build quality, and milestone timelines.
-Working projects ranging from $7M - $20M
Qualifications
-Experience working on Institutional or Commercial full-cycle projects
-Experience with projects from $5M and up considered an asset
-Credentials: Professional industry designations such as PMP, CET, PQS, or CCM are highly valued assets.
-Technical & Logistics: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern PM software; must possess a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for local travel.
