As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale projects aimed at modernizing financial processes, optimizing systems, and increasing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of financial transformation projects: framing, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure project governance by defining priorities, managing risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (finance, information technology, operations, senior management) to ensure that projects meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPI) to measure the progress and benefits of projects.
- Supervise multidisciplinary project teams and promote a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Act as a change agent by supporting teams in adopting new practices, technologies, and financial processes.
- Prepare and present clear and impactful reports to senior management, facilitating decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodology and best practices in financial transformation.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally in the financial sector or within complex institutions.
- Excellent command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen sense of problem-solving.
- Results-oriented, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a constantly evolving context.
