Responsibilities
• Manage all project management life cycle aspects including scoping, planning, tracking, and reporting
• Maintain and organize project materials while structuring folders in a standard best practice manner
• Coordinate and align multiple project streams, resources, and governance processes
• Create project schedules, estimate resources, and track project budgets and costs
• Prepare project status reports and support the development of stakeholder presentations
• Provide guidance and support to functional leads for task completion and project plan development
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of resources while maintaining effective project communication
Qualifications
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience coordinating complex projects concurrently
• Proven project coordination experience on large-scale SAP ERP implementations
• A relevant bachelor degree or professional certification
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications including Google Sheets and Docs
• Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills
