What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is
responsible for maximizing the performance of digital programs for global business segments.
This position will be instrumental in growing and optimizing a variety of existing tactics, as well
as conceiving, building, and launching new digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Execution: Drive digital programs from inception through execution and
support digital marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and awareness
globally.
● Strategy & Roadmap: Develop the digital strategy and roadmap and deliver against it.
● Performance Optimization: Measure, track, and optimize channel and program
performance so that the team consistently achieves and exceeds key brand and growth
KPIs.
● Analytics & Reporting: Report across all digital channels results and marketing
lifecycle results as required.
● Data-Driven Culture: Lead with a data-driven mindset, utilizing and enhancing live
dashboards in marketing automation and other tools as needed to make decisions.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align and collaborate cross-functionally across
marketing and organization-wide to maintain a cohesive strategy.

best practices to consistently bring new ideas to the table.

management of website landing pages.
● Paid Media Management: Oversee paid media strategy, planning, and buying across
paid search, programmatic display, affiliate, native, and paid social tactics.
● MarTech Research: Proactively research new technologies as applicable to improve
program performance.
What You Bring to the Role
● Domain Expertise: Performance-based digital marketing expertise, with 3+ years of
paid media, web, social media, and demand generation experience.
● Education: A post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, Business
Administration, Math, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and
experience).
● Industry Background: Experience working in a similar role in a global B2B SaaS
company within a highly regulated industry (such as financial services, life sciences,
medical devices, security and defense, or energy).
● Core Skills: Exceptional English language verbal and written communication skills
alongside strong project management abilities to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
● Funnel Understanding: Experience across marketing functions with a solid
understanding of how they work together to drive revenue generation and nurturing.
● Strategic Thinking: A problem solver who brings fresh, original thinking to company
and customer challenges.
● Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of new technology solutions and
acquisition/growth strategies, with a desire to constantly learn.
● Analytics & Testing: Experience building multi-touch attribution programs and
alignment across Sales, Business Development, and Professional Services teams.
Proven experience with A/B testing, iteration, and lifecycle optimization.
● Digital Toolkit: Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and native social media analytics.
● Data Literacy: Ability to analyze large data sets in Excel and/or data visualization tools.
● SEO & Modern Discovery: Familiarity with SEO, emerging AI-driven discovery
strategies (AEO), conversion rate optimization, and organic growth marketing.
● Automation & CRM: Significant experience with marketing/sales automation tools and
CRMs such as Pardot/HubSpot, Salesforce, and Quicksite.
