•Lead and manage multiple projects (3-4 in parallel) with a focused approach to meet business sponsor objectives.

•Create and oversee business verification test plans for post-implementation activities.
•Provide warranty support, monitoring and resolving issues post-implementation.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in a business-focused environment.
•Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build productive relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
•Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
•Strong experience in managing project financials (forecasting vs. actuals).
•A Bachelor's degree is required.
•Experience within the banking industry (preferably with CIBC).
•Previous experience working with risk groups.
•Familiarity with SEED and business cases.
•PMP certification is a nice-to-have.
