Position: Project Manager - Senior
Competitive Salary
Location: Toronto, ON
Standard: 9-5, 7.5 hours daily, 37.50 weekly
Hybrid mode- Monday Mandatory, 2nd day is a floating day. Subject to change based on business requirements.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.• Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
- Partner/stakeholder relationship management (clients, program/project partners)
- PMP certified
- Hands on experience using Planview
- Microsoft suite // Pivot tables for data gathering and presentations
- 5–10 years managing end to end strategic projects & change in fast paced environments
- Proven experience Leading large, complex, transformational change programs
- experience in both waterfall and agile delivery
Nice to Have:
- Former big 5 bank experience is beneficial
- ADKAR people change management certification

Executive level communication; compelling presentations & status reporting
Ability to deliver within tight timelines
Risk identification & mitigation for timelines/outcomes
Project Management Expertise:
• Apply advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and change management to deliver complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with sponsors, business, and technology leads to establish project structures and workstreams.
• Support the development of project plans, status reports, interdependency mapping, governance frameworks, objectives, success criteria, scope definition, project financials, and resource planning.
• Demonstrate 5–10 years of experience managing end-to-end strategic projects and change initiatives in fast-paced environments, with at least 5 years as a Senior Project Manager.
• Preference will be given to candidates with financial services experience and a proven track record in both business and technology delivery.
