Partnering closely with supply chain executives and technical delivery teams, you will coordinate complex cross-functional transformations, support go-to-market initiatives, and optimize logistical footprints across diverse geographic regions. Responsibilities
Project Planning & Lifecycle Delivery
Detailed Workplan Engineering: Partner with PMO leadership to establish detailed project charters and plans, mapping out integration touchpoints, resource constraints, critical paths, and task sequencing.
Performance Telemetry: Monitor, analyze, and report project performance against established baselines using clear milestones, targeted KPIs, and qualitative metrics.
Risk & Issue Governance: Provide clear, proactive line-of-sight to PMO and functional business leaders regarding active bottlenecks, systemic risks, and high-stakes decisions across workstreams.
Budget & Scope Stewardship: Manage the tracking of project financial allocations, incoming scope change requests, and intake pipelines to ensure capital efficiency.
Collaboration, Integration & Reporting
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate across business lines to identify cost-reduction opportunities, drive physical productivity, and maximize resource utilization.
Technology Org Partnership: Align closely with internal Technology teams to ensure the timely deployment of defined business capabilities and technical software integrations.
Vendor & Partner Oversight: Coordinate, manage, and monitor deliverables from strategic third-party logistics and service providers.
Executive Storytelling: Author and package presentation content for executive-level updates, operational reviews, and steering committee briefings.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a Project Manager, Management Consultant, or Delivery Lead within large corporate environments.
Domain Expertise: Prior project delivery experience within Consumer Supply Chain Operations, retail logistics, or warehousing networks is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline is required. An MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is preferred.
Technical Tooling: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard project scheduling software.
