Direct and oversee full-cycle commercial renovation and TI projects from initial mobilization to final handover.
Formulate and control project timelines, financial budgets, and material/labor resources.
Manage on-site operations, providing clear direction to trades, vendors, and suppliers.
Guarantee strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications.
Track site progress continuously and deliver transparent, timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate potential roadblocks and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies.
Market Expansion & Business Development
Actively source and pursue new commercial construction opportunities in the market.
Collaborate on the creation and submission of competitive bids, estimates, and project proposals.
Cultivate and sustain strong networks with property owners, consultants, and strategic industry allies.
Act as a brand ambassador by attending relevant trade events, site tours, and networking functions.
Work closely with senior leadership to design growth initiatives and identify untapped market verticals.
Client Relations
Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the duration of the build.
Drive exceptional client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships and secure repeat business.
Facilitate contract negotiations and manage scope discussions with professionalism and tact.
Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
Leadership Capability: At least 1 year of direct leadership experience running a project completely from start to finish (no specific project size or scope required).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial construction methodologies, regulatory standards, and building codes.
Soft Skills: Top-tier problem-solving abilities paired with strong negotiation and team-leadership skills.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating industry-standard project management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or Primavera).
Assets: Previous experience handling estimating or proposal writing is highly desirable. Professional designations such as a PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are considered a strong plus.
