The IT projects keep their business secure, compliant, and future-ready. As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of critical initiatives that touch every corner of the organization, from infrastructure and application upgrades to regulatory and compliance-driven programs.

Responsibilities
Leading IT infrastructure, application, and compliance projects from kickoff to completion
Driving remediation efforts based on audit and compliance findings
Managing upgrades, migrations, and regulatory initiatives with confidence
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, IT Security, and Infrastructure teams
Tracking budgets, risks, and timelines—without PCO support, so you own it end-to-end
Reporting project health with transparency to leadership (EPO, Program Managers)
Balancing multiple initiatives (3–4 smaller projects or 1–2 larger projects) at once
Acting as a diplomatic point of contact with vendors and clients
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
IT background (developer, infrastructure, network, or server) and a successful pivot into Project Management
5–7 years of IT Project Management experience with proven results
Hands-on expertise delivering infrastructure upgrades, software development, migrations, and IT risk/compliance projects
Excellent knowledge of budget management, project tracking, and reporting
Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
PMP / PMI certification (preferred)
Outstanding communication skills—you’ll be engaging medium- and senior-level stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy
The ability to clearly distinguish risks vs. issues (yes, you’ll be asked in the interview!)
Leadership skills that inspire teams and bring order to complexity
