You’ll be leading multiple initiatives while ensuring superior client experience, clear communication, and strong project discipline.

This role requires hands-on project tracking—there will be no PCO support, so strong ownership and organization are crucial.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
Create and submit weekly Project Status Reports (PSRs)
Maintain and update resource plans and forecasts
Communicate project updates to clients and vendors; escalate risks/issues appropriately
Prepare documentation (SOWs, estimates, proposals, contracts, requirements, audits)
Facilitate project meetings, ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged
Support due-diligence activities and contribute to implementation approaches
Ensure projects follow primarily Waterfall methodology
Participate in post-project reviews
Confidently represent the team with sponsors and clients
Qualifications
College diploma or undergraduate university degree in a related discipline or a combination of experience, education and/or training deemed to be equivalent.
PMI/ PMP/Prince2 Designation or equivalent is required.
3–7 years of Project Management experience
Client onboarding and infrastructure setup/migration experience
Strong communication, diplomacy, and client acumen
Confident handling of challenging stakeholders
Experience managing project budgets
Ability to independently manage all project tracking
Understanding of SDLC; software development exposure is an asset
Experience in the print industry is a bonus
