What You’ll Do
Plans and manages the daily activities of the project team.
Identifies and assesses project dependencies and provides timely, solution-oriented recommendations.
Establishes and actively monitors project performance through associated measurement criteria.
Conducts monthly reviews of project financials, including validation and correction of actuals, forecasting, and resource planning.
Develops and ensures compliance with project management policies, including weekly reporting and alignment with stakeholders.
Constructs baseline scope, timeline, and budget for completion of capital projects.
Provides consulting support to business leaders during the ideation phase of projects.
Maintains resource planning including internal assignments, conflicts, and augmentation efforts.
Ensures projects are effectively managed to time, cost, and scope to achieve business benefits.
Manages and evaluates third-party performance to ensure delivery and quality targets are met.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of progressive experience in the project management field.
Must have expert knowledge in project management best practices, development lifecycles, and supporting tools.
Demonstrated experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience with people resource management and vendor management.
Experience leading Data Migration/Data Transformation/Data Analytics, ERP implementation(s) and/or Digital transformation(s) projects
Ability to partner with business, IT, and third-party resources to complete work products.
Ability to develop and execute work plans ensuring all required activities are performed.
Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.
