Responsibilities
Ensure rigorous and complete tracking of new product development projects, from their startup phase to their commercial launch on the production lines.
Lead weekly virtual meetings with international corporate clients to validate deliverable progress and proactively manage expectations.
Coordinate interventions and tasks across various internal teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, Graphics, and Finance).
Proactively monitor schedules, identify operational risks, and propose quick solutions to avoid any delivery delays.
Coordinate industrial trials, validation of technical specifications, barcodes, certifications, and manage the logistics of sending frozen samples.
Maintain rigorous administrative records by updating project dashboards and producing progress reports for senior management and partners.
Qualifications
Relevant university or college education (business administration, project management, food engineering, or a related field).
Solid experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing context (experience in the food or consumer goods industry is a major asset).
Perfect bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, required to interact daily with an international clientele.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, including pivot tables) and ease with modern project management tools (such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or MS Project).
Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, diplomacy, and composure to interact with strong technical personalities and manage changing priorities.
Possess a vehicle for occasional travel required to production sites outside of Montreal.
