Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include problem-solving, strategic advice, negotiation, relationship management, collaboration with internal risk groups, risk monitoring, process management, supplier sourcing, completion of Intent Planning documentation, participation in business customer meetings, monthly reporting, risk management execution, remediation activities, annual category strategy refreshes, support of broader team initiatives, completion of assigned training, and becoming a knowledge expert within assigned categories. The role also involves process management improvements and independent planning/prioritization of work.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a post-secondary degree or certification in Business, Commerce, or a recognized Procurement or Supply Chain accreditation; experience working in the financial industry; and 3+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, Process Management, or a combination thereof. Preferred qualifications include at least 4 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Operations Management, or Risk Management.
