Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple parallel technology initiatives from initial discovery through execution and deployment.
Roadmap Synchronization: Build comprehensive project blueprints, schedules, and resource allocations that integrate flawlessly into the overarching corporate strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct and inspire cross-functional squads comprising internal business departments and external vendor teams to meet common objectives.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project delivery risks, design mitigation frameworks, manage the change control process, and handle scope baselines.
Financial Governance: Partner with the program PMO to maintain rigorous financial tracking, manage budgets, track expenditure forecasts, and optimize resource spend.
Quality & Documentation: Maintain institutional standards for project artifacts, status tracking, and governance compliance documents.
Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven success managing projects within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
Core Capabilities: Strong track record in strategic roadmap planning, vendor coordination, resource management, and structured problem-solving.
Tools: Daily proficiency using Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and standard office productivity tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
Asset Qualifications: Prior exposure to Oracle ERP rollouts, finance transformations, accounting integrations, or the insurance domain. Professional designations such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master are highly regarded.
