You will be responsible for the full cycle of property accounting for a designated portfolio, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and seamless month-end transitions.

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts specialized for a portfolio of residential/commercial properties.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Utilize Yardi Voyager for data entry, bank reconciliations, and generating tenant ledger reports.
- Assist with recovery adjustments and variance analysis against established budgets.
- Provide necessary documentation and support for year-end audit files.
- Coordinate with Property Managers to resolve tenant billing inquiries or coding discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Yardi
- 3+ years of experience in property accounting (Residential or Commercial).
- degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Ottawa real estate market and Ontario provincial regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight month-end deadlines.
