Competitive Salary
Responsibilities
• Full accounting cycle / month end
• Prepare various monthly analysis and journal entries
• Management of the accounts receivable
• Process deposits and EFT’s
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of various GL accounts
• Prepare cash flow report
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting packages
• Prepare year-end audit package requirements
• Prepare year-end CAM and Tax adjustments with relevant backup
• Prepare annual rental schedules
• Prepare aging receivable reports
• Other duties are required
Qualifications
- DEC/Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Yardi/SERTI (an asset)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong ability to adapt in a growing and dynamic environment
- Excellent ability to manage priorities
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
