To support their continued growth, they’re looking to add a Property Accountant to the team. This person will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in supporting the financial management of their real estate assets.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Accounting supervision: Supervise processes related to accounts payable and receivable, payroll and complete bookkeeping, to ensure accurate and compliant accounting.
- Financial statement production: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for decision-making purposes.
- Compliance and audits: Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards, while coordinating annual audits with external firms.
- Financial analysis: Carry out detailed financial studies to support strategic orientations and maximize the return on our real estate assets.
- Leadership: Provide support to accounting team members and coach them as needed.
Qualifications
Profile required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in real estate or portfolio management.
- Education: Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
- Mastery of Excel and accounting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify financial data in a clear and structured manner.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
