Responsibilities
- Support property operations by coordinating with vendors, handling work orders, and managing building maintenance schedules.
- Abstract key lease information to ensure all critical dates, rent escalations, and renewals are accurately tracked.
- Act as a primary liaison between tenants, property managers, and owners within the Toronto portfolio.
- Oversee financial administration including rent collection, accounts payable, and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations.
- Maintain digital lease records and property databases (such as Yardi, MRI, or Property Vista) with high accuracy.
- Facilitate tenant onboarding by preparing welcome packages, coordinating move-ins, and managing insurance certificates.
Qualifications
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Property Administrator, Leasing Coordinator, or Lease Administrator.
- Be available to start a new position immediately or within a one-week notice period.
- Demonstrate proficiency in software such as Yardi, MRI, or specialized property management platforms.
- Be able to commute to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity within Downtown Toronto.
- Possess a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) or commercial lease structures.
- Show an eagle eye for detail when reviewing legal documents and managing financial records.
