Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as the User Experience Partner:
• Support users with daily inquiries, including billing, AR/AP, POs, lease admin, service requests, and telecom.
• Maintain and report on service contracts, fee schedules, and parking agreements.
• Provide accurate and timely AR/AP reporting and assist with asset planning.
• Coordinate internal program initiatives and vendor work, ensuring service levels and compliance.
• Liaise with Technical Services to resolve user concerns promptly.
• Support user engagement through events, communications, and surveys.
• Deliver excellent service to users, vendors, and colleagues while fostering strong relationships.
• Complete property information requests and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and response, keeping plans updated.
• Uphold safety and security protocols and assist with other assigned duties.
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the table:
• At least 2 years’ customer service, hospitality or administrative experience.
• Previous Yardi experience an asset.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and people skills, including a proven ability to build relationships.
• Advanced computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
