Responsibilities
• Review RFP instructions and supporting documentation.
• Create proposal outlines and templates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain content.
• Schedule meetings, manage document versions, format documents, proofread and edit.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide coordination support to proposal specialists on complex RFPs.
• Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of essential RFP documents and certifications.
• Provide support to team initiatives and team leads.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in proposal coordination, project coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Familiarity with public procurement portals (an asset).
• APMP Foundation or PMP certification (a plus, but not required).
