Responsibilities
•Review tender and RFP documentation to determine scope, submission requirements, and key deliverables.
•Prepare proposals from start to finish, including written narratives, forms, pricing summaries, and supporting documentation.
•Use and manage electronic procurement platforms to download documents, track opportunities, and upload submissions.
•Gather and coordinate technical and project-specific content from internal teams.
•Draft and edit proposal sections, and relevant project experience.
•Ensure all submissions are compliant, complete, and professionally formatted according to specifications and deadlines.
•Maintain and update a centralized proposal library, including corporate documents, resumes, project sheets, and reference materials.
•Track bid schedules and upcoming opportunities and ensure all deadlines are met.
•Collaborate with business development and estimating teams to support pursuit strategies.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
•5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid coordination, or project management within a GC work environment.
•Strong understanding of construction tendering processes, drawings, and specifications.
•Experience preparing RFPs/RFQs from start to finish and working with electronic procurement platforms
•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
•Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
