This role is key to executing procurement activities for non-core goods and services, with a specific focus on marketing materials and branded merchandise (swag). You'll work closely with a Senior Specialist, supporting strategic sourcing efforts and gaining hands-on experience in supplier relationship management and cost control.
This is a hybrid role based in Oakville, ON, requiring you to be in the office two days per week.

Responsibilities
- Execute and support sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories.
- Manage supplier research and documentation for RFS/RFQ processes.
- Support collaborative supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure policy compliance.
- Assist the Senior Specialist with contract preparation and renewals.
- Collect and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Practical experience supporting sourcing activities and RFP/RFQ documentation.
- Familiarity with maintaining supplier relationships and basic contract terms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
