This role is essential for executing procurement activities for indirect goods and services, with a specialized focus on marketing materials and branded merchandise. Working under the mentorship of a Senior Specialist, you will support strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-control initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support and implement sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories, specifically marketing and swag.
- Conduct supplier research and coordinate documentation for RFS/RFQ/RFP processes.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with vendors and monitor performance metrics to ensure quality and delivery standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all purchasing activities align with corporate governance and provincial policies.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and renewal of vendor contracts.
- Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a purchasing or procurement environment.
- Solid understanding of the RFP/RFQ lifecycle and procurement documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal departments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement software is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
