A Purchasing Coordinator manages the process of procuring goods and services for an organization. They work closely with different departments to ensure their needs are met, all while respecting budgets and deadlines. He will be responsible for supporting the sales department in coordinating supplier purchases.

Responsibilities
Order Management: Create, track, and issue purchase orders.
Supplier Relations: coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers. Evaluate their performance and maintain strong relationships.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to find new suppliers, evaluate products, and stay on top of market trends.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams to understand their material and equipment needs.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and plan orders to avoid shortages or surpluses.
Qualifications
Bilingual: english and french
Education: business administration, coordinator, or a related field.
Experience: Relevant experience in purchasing or logistics. Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or public sector can be a plus.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Software: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing management systems (ERP) and EXCEL
