      The E4 – Engineer is a professional engineer or geoscientist who applies engineering knowledge to provide engineering, estimating, planning, and quality management services for medium complexity projects and/or operations safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.1 Year contractResource can work from home until covid restrictions have lifted, would be required to come onsite for a few days for onboarding.Travel is very occasional (less than 5%), office based work. You may be required to subscribe to a digital seal technology service offered by Notarius• Intermediate English skills for professional environment, written and spoken• Familiarity with CAD systems and drawing standards• Ability to use standard industry design/analysis software• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Summary- Underground transmission/distribution design experience is a must have for the manager and the key experience required for the role- Experience with using AutoCAD to aid designing underground utility and producing plan and profile drawings is preferred- Familiar with manipulating GIS data from other municipalities and utility companies.- Civil engineering background is required- Must have P.Eng
