        Are you a Change Manager looking for your next contract?Are you available to work in Halifax NS on contract?We are pleased to offer you this new and exciting contract requirement with our client for the position of: Change Manager - PART TIMEPROJECT:-Start: ASAP-Estimated length: 6+ Months-Location: Halifax NSAdvantagesYou will be working with our client who is a leading employer in the local market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an Organizational Change Management Plan including:o Change Management Strategy and Plans,o Communication Strategy and Plans, which includes supporting the design, development,delivery, and management of internal and external Communicationso Stakeholder Engagement Plans,o Training Strategy and Plans for the userso Organizational Transition Plans; Integrate Organizational Change Management activities into overall project plan; Conduct Change Readiness Assessments to evaluate and ensure change readiness amongstakeholders; Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation strategies, and update any change managementissues and risks in the PMO log; Apply Organizational Change Management processes to increase stakeholder engagement andsupport end-user adoption of process and platform changes required by the project; Assess and report on the change impact to the organization; Complete weekly status reportsQualificationsSignificant, proven experience and knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles,methodologies and tools, including:o Change Management Strategy and Plans, Change Readiness Assessments,Communication Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Engagement Plans, Training Strategyand Plans, and Organizational Transition Plans; Proven examples of Change Management, Communication, Engagement and Training Plandevelopment and execution, within a project schedule, for a variety of internal, external andpublic stakeholders; Significant, proven experience with major, multi-stakeholder system upgrades; Demonstrated strong communication abilities – with and on-behalf-of Executives; Strong interpersonal/influencing skills, with ability to establish and maintain strong workingrelationships with business representatives and project team members, and with an ability tosee things from other points of view; Facilitation expertise with demonstrated collaborative outcomes; Ability to design/execute workshops and effective training sessions for a variety of internal,external and public stakeholders.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSDemonstrated ability to flexibly manage time at 50% assignment to complete assigned duties; Previous experience with public-sector ChangeManagement; Prosci or other formal Organizational Change Management certification; Bachelor’s degree or other related education.SummaryDo you have this experience?
