Must become familiar with company specific / project specific requirements as it relates to Safety and be comfortable speaking in groups providing quality training and site-wide safety meetings. •Maintain records for all site related incidents and provide updates to the site team and corporate HSE and line managers as necessary. •Build and maintain professional relationships with outside partners and contractors throughout duration of the project, promoting contractor engagement and a positive safe work culture•Maintain PPE inventory and ensure sufficient equipment is available for site staff and visitors.•Assist in the creation of lessons learned for any incident findings that may benefit the business. •Maintain and create a site HSE Communications Board. This includes providing updates for communicated lessons learned, policy changes, updates to Emergency plans and locations of life saving equipment and updated contact lists.• Review findings and provide trending data updates to project management and construction management staff also discussing findings with contractor. •Organize HSE related activities or events specific to the site to promote safety.•Provide support to site based HSR personnel to enable effective delivery of site related tasks. •Initiate incident notification process and track investigation process through to completion and close out following company timelines and expectations.
