- As a member of the HR Process Delivery team, you will support and drive our client's response to the new OSFI Integrity & Security guidelines for background screening. This includes developing a global screening framework and approach. You'll operate in a hub-and-spoke model, collaborating with various background screening partners across all global jurisdictions to achieve standardization and ensure the integrity and completeness of screening processes.
