In this technical quality assurance role, you will participate in test strategy development, test planning, and end-to-end execution across complex integrated Salesforce environments. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and cross-functional QA teams to validate product features, execute API testing, and report quality metrics to key project stakeholders. Operating within an Agile release model, you will champion quality standards, perform backend and API validation, and build automated regression test suites to support release readiness across enterprise Salesforce ecosystems (Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution: Participate in test strategy development, test planning, and end-to-end test execution for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex integrated systems.
API & Backend Testing: Perform backend data validation and comprehensive API testing using Postman.
Test Automation & Tooling: Design, build, and execute automated regression tests using Tricentis Testim/TTA, Tosca, or complementary automation frameworks.
Defect & Risk Governance: Assess and communicate product and project risks clearly to stakeholders; track and manage defect resolution within test management tools (Jira, qTest, TestRail).
Release Readiness & Quality Gates: Collaborate with development teams to participate in release readiness reviews, regression planning, and enforcement of quality gates.
Continuous Improvement: Champion organizational quality standards, establish test best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration.
Qualifications
Software Testing Experience: 3+ years of professional software testing and quality assurance experience.
Salesforce Testing Depth: 3+ years of hands-on experience testing within the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Loyalty Cloud) with a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model.
API Testing Mastery: Hands-on experience conducting API and backend interface testing using Postman.
Test Management & Tooling: Skilled in using test management systems (Jira, qTest, TestRail) and version control platforms (Git).
CI/CD Integration Familiarity: Familiarity with CI/CD delivery pipelines and automated test execution using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Soft Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills; strong collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on experience with Tricentis test automation tools (Testim/TTA, Tosca).
