Responsibilities
• Create comprehensive test plans to support the frequent and consistent delivery of high-quality features.
• Design and implement system, load, performance, and security tests for various applications.
• Build, coordinate, and manage automated test suites to enable rapid delivery cycles.
• Encourage team adoption of quality practices including code linting, BDD/TDD, and test coverage.
• Support initiatives involving reusable testing components, test databases, and AI in testing.
• Contribute to automated metrics collection to track and evaluate service quality.
• Generate and share automated reports to communicate quality standards and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Four years of proven experience creating and modifying automation test scripts.
• Three years of experience preparing automation test plans, test cases, and using automation testing frameworks.
• Three years of hands-on experience with load, performance, security, and end-to-end testing.
• Two years of experience developing testing automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with API testing, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Gherkin, or Jira Xray is highly desirable.
