Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:55am - 4:25pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities
Floor Inspection & Quality Control
● Garment Inspection: Perform hands-on visual checks on garments directly on the production floor to catch and report defects early.
● Logo & Artwork Verification: Ensure all artwork, logos, and print placements match approved design specifications down to the millimeter.
● Embroidery & Trim Finishing: Inspect trims and perform detailed embroidery cleaning (e.g., trimming loose threads and touching up finished pieces) to maintain high visual standards.
● Proactive Issue Prevention: Spot potential floor bottlenecks early and flag quality issues immediately to prevent production delays.
Value-Added Services (VAS) & Packing
● VAS Execution: Oversee special packaging, barcoding, ticketing, and custom garment labeling according to customer specifications.
● Packing Support: Assist with final garment prep and packing to ensure orders are shipment-ready.

Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Escalation: Inspect incoming and outgoing garments for sewing, fabric, or printing defects.
- Promptly identify and raise quality concerns to Jay as soon as they are spotted.
- Packaging and preparing merchandise for shipment.
- Garment Finishing:
- Safely and cleanly remove tear-away or cut-away backing materials from embroidery.
- Carefully remove water-soluble solvy (stabilizer) from delicate embroidered garments.
-Embroidery & Trim Finishing: Inspect trims and perform detailed embroidery cleaning (e.g., trimming loose threads and touching up finished pieces) to maintain high visual standards.

● Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for catching minor print defects, color inconsistencies, and alignment issues.
● Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for majority of the shift.
