Responsibilities
Precision Measurement: Perform temperature, weight, and coding control points for finished and semi-finished products.
Critical Equipment Validation: Verify and validate the proper functioning of metal detectors (CCP) and X-ray machines.
Testing and Analysis: Reconstitute finished products for final validation and perform chemical concentration tests.
Corrective Actions: Identify any deviations from established standards and mandate immediate corrective actions from the relevant teams.
Laboratory Maintenance: Ensure rigorous cleanliness of the workspace (walls, floors, tools) and oversee waste management.
Qualifications
Need to be available for all shifts
Experience: Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and proficiency with IT tools (knowledge of Syspro is a strong asset).
Aptitudes: Exceptional rigor, autonomy, the ability to make firm decisions in the event of non-compliance, and excellent communication skills.
