Utilize various platforms to answer customer questions.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues reported by customers.
Respond effectively to technical inquiries from field sales, customer service, and all types of contractors.
Verify customer concerns and log quality tickets as needed to meet company quality standards.
Regularly update appropriate systems with accurate information and document all relevant data to ensure continuity and efficiency in problem resolution.
Follow up on technical issues with the various stakeholders regarding the open ticket.
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues.
Able to work autonomously and in an organized manner.
Knowledge of quality control processes, continuous improvement, and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Communication skills in French and English. Fluency in English is required to communicate with clients/colleagues across Canada and colleagues in the United States.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel).
Familiarity with the electrical industry, an asset.
