Responsibilities
Perform accurate physicochemical analyses and analytical testing on raw materials as well as finished products.
Ensure strict quality control to isolate any non-conformities and prevent the release of non-compliant products.
Oversee full sample traceability, meticulously document results, and write analytical reports.
Maintain measuring equipment, perform calibration, and ensure preventive maintenance of laboratory gear.
Coordinate stability studies to measure product shelf life and conduct sensory evaluations.
Manage complete laboratory inventory, place replenishment orders, and maintain workspace organization.
Qualifications
Hold a college diploma or equivalent degree in laboratory technology, biotechnology, or food science.
Possess a minimum of two years of experience within a quality control laboratory in the food industry.
Master fundamental food safety standards such as good manufacturing practices and hazard analysis systems.
Demonstrate excellent mastery of analytical equipment along with a strong attention to detail.
Display critical thinking, professional judgment, and solid methodical rigor when handling data.
Show great adaptability and proven collaborative teamwork skills.
