- Base salary range for a Quality Coordinator ranges between $80,000 and $85,000 CAD annually, based on experience.

At our facility in Vaughan, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Quality Coordinator:
- Drive project development and continuous improvement in quality systems, waste reduction, food safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Propose innovative solutions, implement best practices, and enhance performance tools.
- Act as liaison with internal/external customers, providing support and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Manage complaints and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, track trends, corrective actions, and conduct statistical analysis.
- Ensure compliance with certifications (ISO, BRCGS, FSC, H&S), coordinate audits, and apply work instructions with corrective/preventive measures.
- Perform product testing and validations, including customer specifications and equipment calibrations; collect/input data and prepare KPIs, dashboards, and documentation.
- Promote safety culture and contribute to action plans, supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

You too, put forward your strengths:
- College diploma or 3–5 years of experience in Quality/Continuous Improvement, ideally in manufacturing; knowledge of ISO, BRC, Health & Safety, and Six Sigma.
- Working knowledge of SAP and computer programs (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to analyze issues, take timely action, and deliver efficient, high-quality results.
- Strong teamwork, relationship-building, listening, and effective communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
