At our Cascades facility in Wagram NC, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Tissue Group as the Quality Coordinator:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage non‑conforming raw materials and finished products, quarantines, inspections, disposition decisions, supplier claims, and financial tracking.
- Oversee FP and RM non‑conformance systems, maintain SAP/Excel/MES data accuracy, investigate workmanship issues, and present findings in T2/T3 meetings.
- Handle complaint management and VOC activities, including entering and closing QIM complaints, communicating corrective actions, supporting product trials, completing qualification reports/COAs, and ensuring MES specifications are updated.
- Participate in VOC kickoff and post‑mortem meetings, driving follow‑up actions and supporting product qualification and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct plant audits and compliance activities, including LOTO checks, mock recalls, locker audits, hazardous waste reviews, and preparation for customer and certification audits.
- Support pest control and instrumentation programs, including report reviews, NC entry, instrument calibration scheduling, troubleshooting, and operator training on lab instruments.
- Maintain chemical management and quality training programs, LCT training, operator refresher courses, and onboarding for new Quality staff
- Serve as backup to the Quality Lead when required.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma Required
- QA experience desired
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of quality regulatory standards and certification frameworks, including BRCGS, GMP, ISO, and related industry requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that support change management in a continuous improvement environment
- Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
