About the Team

Working closely with the non-blade and vane commodity supplier quality group, you will be part of a team with wide competence and experience, where we learn from you, and from each other. We are a mixed group with different backgrounds, ages and experiences. Here you will work in an exciting environment with challenging projects, talented engineers and the chance to develop global contacts.

Responsibilities
Description:

*Execute Quality Investigation and Facilitate Root Cause Analysis with Stakeholders
* Plans and completes unit-related Production Quality projects. Implements actions and monitors effectiveness and sustainability of solutions with defined quality methods, e.g. 8D and FMEA.
* Accompanies relocation projects in respect to all quality-relevant topics, e.g. transfer of FMEA and 8D records and production release via audits.
* Acts as a an advisor to management and business partners on advanced technical areas.
* Advices and escalates to the accountable management of the unit, in all production quality-related issues.
* Ensures and implements of production standards, guidelines and programs in an assigned plant environment.
* Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements to management.
* Designs and coordinates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
* Executes quality standards in Production Quality operations and processes.
* Performs production quality reporting and analysis.

Qualifications
What You Bring

* Initiates trainings for production employees with regards to quality (e.g. PDCA, Poka Yoke).
* Ensures effective cooperation with both, internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues. Performs Quality coordination for all production products within BU and to other partner production sites. 8-10 years
