My client, a company specializing in the development of biotechnological solutions, is seeking a Quality Specialist for a full-time, permanent position. Work schedule: Day shift
Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue
Salary: $55,000+, based on experience
Duration: Permanent
Important: Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and already reside in the province of Quebec.

Responsibilities
• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Document and interpret microbiological and physico-chemical analysis results
• Participate in non-conformity management, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and SOP updates
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable regulations (GHS, WHMIS, REACH)
• Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, client, regulatory)
• Support Production and R&D teams on quality-related matters
Qualifications
• College diploma (DEC or AEC) in Laboratory Techniques, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (ISO, WHMIS, REACH)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
