Solid Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00/hour to start.
Schedule Stability: Full-time hours, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

What You Will Do:
Operate a Reach forklift for precise order picking and put-aways.
Unload containers and organize freight efficiently on the dock.
Collaborate with the team to lift up to 50–70 lbs safely.
What We Expect:
An active Reach certification and proven experience.
A history of punctuality, strong safety habits, and high energy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shipping and receiving environment.
Advantages
Starting pay of $21.00 – $24.00/hour, negotiable based on experience.
Stable morning shift from 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
Accurately pick orders utilizing RF scanners, reach trucks, and order pickers.
Unload arriving containers and efficiently put away inventory in designated locations.
Manage shipping and receiving logistics, including generating documentation for local couriers.
Safely and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs independently.
Perform general warehouse and operational support duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
Valid external Reach forklift license.
Proven experience operating a Raymond and crown Reach forklift and order picking in a warehouse setting.
Hands-on experience handling outbound shipping through local couriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator).
Proficiency in utilizing RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Order Picker certification or experience is a strong asset.
