Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move product around the warehouse
- Safely load/unload trailers and trucks, ensuring even weight distribution
- Use straps, bracing, and pallets correctly to prevent transit damage
- Verify physical stock counts against bills of lading (BOL) and report discrepancies immediately
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products from paper pick lists ensuring 100% SKU accuracy
- Maintain punctuality to keep the dock on schedule and prioritize accuracy
- Other warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
- Must have External forklift license - Order Picker, Turret Truck
- Minimum 1-2 years in warehouse distribution environment
- Experience picking/packing and loading/unloading
- Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the shift
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Positive attitude and eagerness to work
- Counterbalance and Stand up Walkie license/experience considered an asset
