As a forklift operator, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain by ensuring the smooth and safe movement of goods. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment such as the Raymond Reach and Dock Stocker in a modern and safe work environment.
The forklift operator position is at the heart of our manufacturing and logistics operations. You will be joining a world-renowned company where efficiency and precision are valued. This role is perfect for someone with solid warehouse experience who wants to stabilize their career in the Vaudreuil-Dorion area.
Please note that an initial training period will take place in Saint-Laurent until mid-January, before joining the permanent site in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Salary: $22/hour

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
• Expertly operating Raymond Reach and Dock Stocker equipment to move pallets
• Receiving goods and ensuring the accuracy of deliveries
• Shelving products according to their designated locations
• Preparing orders and packaging them according to quality standards
• Actively participating in cyclical inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Coordinating order shipments by loading trucks safely
• Use an RF scanner on a daily basis to ensure product traceability
• Operate electric or manual pallet trucks for short-distance transport
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
To excel in this role as a forklift operator, you must have:
• A VALID forklift operator's license obtained EXTERNALLY
• Advanced proficiency in operating Raymond Reach forklifts (standing)
• Excellent driving skills on Dock Stocker
• Proficiency with warehouse technologies, including barcode scanners (RF Scanners)
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments
• Rigorous attention to detail for inventory and shipping documentation
• Autonomy and ability to manage priorities in a high-volume work environment.
