What You Will Do:
Drive Reach Trucks: Safely operate a stand-up reach truck in narrow aisles and high-racking areas to restock and move inventory.
Order Picking: Use RF scanners to quickly and accurately find and pick customer orders.
Prep Shipments: Build, balance, and wrap pallets securely so they are ready for transport.
Keep Things Moving: Use manual warehouse equipment to move stock around and keep the production floor clear.
Safety & Organization: Catch inventory mistakes, keep your area spotless, and always follow safety rules.
What We Are Looking For:
Certification: Must have a valid, current Forklift/Reach Truck ticket.
Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on warehouse experience, specifically in high-racking environments.
Transportation: You must drive your own vehicle to ensure dependable attendance.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable switching between driving the reach truck and doing heavy manual labor/lifting.
Availability: Looking for a stable, long-term home and ready to start working immediately.

- A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable.
- Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs as required.
