Responsibilities
You will interpret real estate leases and identify budgetary needs for various departments. You’ll be the hand behind the scenes creating contribution requests and drafting essential technical documents, forms, and price schedules to keep operations moving.
Collaborate closely with the procurement team to launch calls for tenders. From verifying specifications to assisting in the administrative opening of bids, you ensure every step of the vendor selection process is transparent, compliant, and optimized.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal partners regarding purchasing procedures. You will manage the lifecycle of active contracts, tracking deadlines and providing the necessary alerts to ensure renewals never skip a beat.
Perform market research and price comparisons to ensure value. You will transform raw data into clear dashboards and reports, providing the visibility needed for executive decision-making.
Qualifications
DEC in Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed is considered a strong asset.
A minimum of 2 years in procurement, administration, project management, or the real estate sector (relevant internships included).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking, Word for documentation, and Teams for collaboration).
A sharp analytical mind capable of interpreting technical documents and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-based environment.
