Our client, a golf retailer is looking for a friendly, outgoing Receptionist to join their team in Oakville, ON. This is a full time permanent position with opportunity to grow and develop.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer accordingly
- Greet incoming guests
- Screen soliciting phone calls
- Screen soliciting visitors
- Organize and distribute daily mail
- Manage cancellation list for fit centre appointments
- Provide support to the A/R-A/P, and Customer Service Department
- Monitor and replenish office supply inventory as required
- Ensure office printer is maintained
- Contact consumers when repairs are complete and ready for pick-up
- Additional responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Interact effectively with clients person and over the phone
- Communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to take initiative when tasks need to be done
- Ability to multitask.
