Salary: $50K plus annual bonus
Work Arrangement: 100% On-site (in-person)
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Receptionist Role
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage the switchboard (answer calls, screen, and transfer communications).
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and faxes.
Manage office supplies and ensure the general tidiness of common areas.
Provide various administrative support tasks (filing, photocopying, meeting coordination, etc.).
Accounts Payable Support
Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
Follow up on purchase orders and verify supporting documentation.
Prepare checks and electronic payments for approval.
File and archive Accounts Payable documents.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Excellent proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written) – a major asset.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic experience in accounting
Attention to detail, rigor, and professionalism.
Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
