Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week).
Temporary position with strong potential for permanence.
Salary: $24 to $29/hour (depending on experience), with weekly pay.
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent Free parking and accessible by public transportation.
Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Support day-to-day office operations to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Respond to requests from employees and managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate conference room availability, reservations, and usage.
• Organize catering requests and coordinate coffee services and related needs, including those for there clients.
• Ensure office equipment is operating properly and report any issues as needed.
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders when required.
• Receive, distribute, and track mail and shipments, including organizing Purolator.
• Handle maintenance requests through the ticketing system and follow up with vendors until resolved.
• Scan receipts required for corporate credit card reconciliation.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
•Supply: Manage inventory and orders (stationery, fruit/IGA, flowers, and miscellaneous supplies).
•Maintenance logistics: Act as the main point of contact for repair
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in reception, administrative support, or office coordination.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach.
• Bilingualism required: Proficiency in English is necessary due to the nature of interactions with pan-Canadian partners who are predominantly English-speaking. This language is frequently used in both written and verbal communications. An advanced level is required
• Proficiency with Office 365
