Responsibilities
•Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Ordering supplies
•Answering and directing phone calls
•Setting up meetings, boardrooms, and conference/Zoom calls
•Processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, couriers, and client payments
• Maintain cleaniness of office
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of reception or customer facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams/Zoom, and general office technology.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to follow established procedures while working independently.
