Showroom Administrator Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Daily Operations:
•Showroom Management: Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures.
•Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
•Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
•Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, clients request and preparing sales reports & meetings.
•Support of Executive: Travels, Expenses, Calendar
•Hospitality:
•Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide detailed product information.
•Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for all visitors and members, offering refreshments and assistance as needed.
