Responsibilities
As our Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the administrative pillar of the office. You will:
Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage a high-volume switchboard efficiently and courteously.
Handle mail, manage office supply inventory, and ensure the tidiness of common areas.
Assist the administrative team with essential tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French/English): A non-negotiable requirement to serve our local and international clientele.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Receptionist or high-volume customer service role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualities: Impeccable organization, the ability to manage priorities under pressure, and a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
