Salary: $21/hour
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Duration: Temporary assignment of indeterminate/unspecified duration (or: Long-term temporary mandate)
Parking: On-site parking available
Responsibilities
Reception, processing, and sending of emails and letters, as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Filing, archiving, and organization of documents and files, as well as the preparation of administrative documents.
Data entry.
Qualifications
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
